— ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSE & CRITICAL-CARE CLINICIAN —

My background in intensive care and advanced practice training reflects a lifelong passion for supporting patients and families during some of their hardest moments.

Let's Connect

Critical & Acute Care Experience

Over the course of my nursing career, I have worked in medical, surgical, cardiac, and COVID intensive care units, caring for patients with complex and rapidly changing conditions. I have experience with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, titrating critical drips, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patients through serious illness.

Advanced Practice Training

I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, building on my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas. My clinical training has included hospitalist medicine, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, pulmonology and critical care, neurosurgery, infectious disease, and diabetes education—preparing me to help manage complex acute and chronic conditions in hospital settings.

Compassionate, Team-Focused Care

Whether working in long-term ICU roles or adapting quickly as a travel nurse, I’ve learned that excellent care is built on communication, teamwork, and genuine compassion. I value listening to patients and their families, partnering with colleagues, and using evidence-based practice to guide thoughtful, patient-centered decisions—no matter how challenging the situation.

Caring for Patients in Today’s Healthcare Environment

Today’s healthcare environment asks a lot of clinicians: rapid changes, new evidence, evolving systems, and patients who are often sicker and more complex than ever before. My experiences in ICU settings, oncology infusion, advanced practice training, and academic clinical rotations have taught me how to step into new environments, learn quickly, and offer steady support to patients, families, and colleagues. As I look toward future opportunities—whether in direct patient care, education, or wellness coaching—I remain committed to safe, evidence-based practice and to treating every person with dignity, empathy, and respect.
